Salt has partnered with a global food and beverage company that connects everyday wine drinkers with the world’s best independent winemakers. Having seen significant growth during the pandemic, they are now looking to build out a digital team in London, Norwich & Denver!

As Senior Product Manager you will lead one or more autonomous, fully cross-functional product squads focussed on improving one area of their product and customer experience. Working with your squad, and your business stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering the mission of the squad and business impact.

You’ll join their newly established Product Management function at the centre of their growth strategy. Their mission is to accelerate growth globally by improving the core customer experience, allowing them to attract, acquire and retain passionate wine drinkers better than they ever have done before.

In this role you will:

  • Shape the product roadmap
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Own the backlog
  • Shape product vision
  • Think about data
  • Know your customers and their problems

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years product management experience leading cross-functional teams in a B2C eCommerce environment.

Salary – Up to £75,000 plus package and perks (free wine)
