Product Manager

Salt has partnered with an innovative Fintech start-up on the brink of a Series A round in helping them secure a Product Manager to take their Data and Payments Platform to new markets. Their Product provides the building blocks for Fintech companies to build at scale, with pace.

The Product Manager will be working closely with the talented founding team in ensuring the product is delivered in line with the road map and taking ownership over a piece of the Product from a strategic perspective. As the second Product Manager hire in an early stage start-up, you’ll be given complete autonomy to break down problems and find a solution.

Here are a few criteria to help you determine your fit:

• You know how to drive impact in a ‘scrappy’ start-up environment.
• Comfort holding technical conversations. If you have previously been worked as a Software Developer or Engineer then great.
• Experience Shipping API first Products and platforms.
• Enjoy getting your hands dirty, from backlog refinement and user stories through to strategy.
• You have delivered a product from scratch and through interation.

This position will be fully remote, with your colleagues in Engineering, Product and Design in the UK and stakeholders offshore.
