Product Manager, CRM, SaaS, Marketing

This Product Manager role is key to driving the continued success of our Business Development (CRM) and Case Management software products. You would ideally have come from a Marketing background.

Product Managers shape the features and functionality in our products to help our customers transform how they do business, helping them to deliver excellent service to their clients and meet their commercial goals.

As Product Manager you will be customer and commercially focused and have in-depth involvement in the full product lifecycle process, from requirements gathering and definition, through to defining release scope and executing strategic releases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the successful delivery of each pillar and implementations to time specification and budget and ensure that they are of the highest quality
  • Resource plan and oversee each delivery in your programme responsible for managing all aspects of delivery including managing scope budget plan strictly against the defined path
  • Ensure all projects are managed in accordance with the project delivery methodology of the organisation whilst also feeling free to implement new ways of working
  • you will work closely with the internal teams from a resource planning perspective for future projects interpretations to ensure the required appropriate level of resources available for the successful delivery of the projects you will inspire and motivate all members of the programme to make a significant contribution to the business you will be responsible for holding annual reviews reports within your programme with all direct reports within your programme
  • Ensure that our customers are equally informed through demos, webinars, events and written materials as appropriate
  • Be the product and market subject matter expert; ensure product and sector knowledge is kept current via ongoing research
  • Participate in the management of product release and rollout processes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience working in multiple geographies
  • Market experience perhaps came from a marketing background
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Business Development (CRM) and/or Case Management systems design, system landscape and data flow
  • At least 3 years’ experience in software product management, preferably in relation to SaaS solutions
  • A good working understanding of customer-centric product design and development methodology and the software development lifecycle

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation that offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits + Bonus
