Product Manager, Ecommerce, Unique memorable staycations

With a solid product division that is part of a much bigger organisation is now in need of a Product Manager who can help take one of their favorite platforms to the next level, helping to maximise conversion and customer engagement whilst looking to the future for new offerings and innovations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap for their new exciting Platform offering
- Lead on the current re-platforming project – defining timelines, requirements, roles and responsibilities and comms and acting as project manager
- Identifies and develops ideas for improvement and optimisation, creating user stories and KPIs to ensure that every action has a positive, demonstrable ROI
- Working closely with internal and external technology partners, setting the development agenda and requirements and making tough decisions when required
- Develop and deliver the roadmap for product development and improvements based on a wide range of audience data sources eg Sessioncam, Google Analytics, Yieldify, Optimise, and Usabilla
- Working with the Product Managers for Family and Apps on developing the digital journey across platforms, streamlining and optimising with a user-first approach
- You will get closer to the customer experience more than anyone, visiting and using the company’s services and offerings to truly experience what is being offered and what can be improved
- You will work closely with CRO and content managers on the role out of exciting releases for 2023, whilst also working with SEO managers on driving organisation growth
Experience required
- Requires deep understanding of how to manage website products to maximise conversion, user satisfaction, acquisition and retention
- Experience of working in a similar industry that excel in providing world class websites, perhaps retail or travel and tourism
- Well-versed in using and generating data reporting that can be used and understood across the business
- Experience and examples of Website conversion, user experience, retention, acquisition, engagement metrics
