This global technology business is looking for a Senior Product Manager, someone who has around Roaming of IoT products, putting in agreements so that sims can be used globally, specific agreements around IoT products.

You will help take a lead on this products of the future which will help a number of critical industries and vertical.

You will work to extend the platform’s market leadership position, underpinned by robust, transparent and realistic business cases and roadmaps. The platform usage is expected to grow exponentially in the foreseeable future, as the highly dynamic IoT market is still in the growth phase of its lifecycle. You will work closely with your counterparts in the Technology team to deliver the strategy and product features needed to grow the usage and revenue from the platform

Responsibilities

• eSIM offering that ensures leadership of the IoT footprint across highly regulated markets
• Ensure a seamless experience for customers
• Be in charge of Roaming features, defining the strategy and products related to IoT roaming, billing and permanent roaming
• Define & manage interworking of standard features and capabilities with other MNOs (mobile network operators). Standardising and cataloguing the feature set, creating the right propositions tailored for Partners/ Partner Markets, including Esim, APIs, types of charging models, support SLAs, capabilities for joint customers.
• Define platform performance standards, SLA’s, forecasting and dimensioning
• Be on top of new legislation and data

• Continue to monitor as well as analyse the competitive landscape

Key Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the industry landscape (competitors and partners)
• Strong

demonstrable and hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of eSIM and Roaming

• Strong Knowledge and hands on experience in the IoT space would be Ideal
• Proven track record to translate customer needs into market leading product roadmaps
• Experience in agile working and product development in a x-functional global team
• Having the gravitas to act as the expert for your product with credibility to face up to customer ‘C’ level and senior leadership teams
