My client has built a global reputation for pushing the boundaries in the digital learning space. Their customers include large companies whose products you might use every day, through to smaller organisations looking to up-skill their people to stay one step ahead.

Role and responsibilities

We’ve only started our Product Management/Owner journey, so this role will appeal to someone who wants to shape what and how things get done.

• Working in a SCRUM team, turning business needs, requirements and priorities into stories and tasks.

• Lead, prioritise and maintain a sprint backlog with developers.

• Developing and maintains appropriate project tracking and reporting of product

  development.

• Ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements to be cascaded across and down to product owners and delivery teams.

• Leading sprints to design, build and test new features, and making the necessary time- quality-effort trade-off decisions.

• Working closely with the Engineering, Product and Marketing teams to develop and implement the strategy and road-maps.

• Designing, running, and analysing data from customer labs for testing and validation. If you don’t have product management experience, we will consider experienced software developers who’ve worked on consumer or B2B applications.

• Experience SCRUM software development.

• You have experience working across a complex and evolving product set, using the latest techniques for product discovery and hypothesis-driven product development

• You understand that great ideas come from anywhere and collaboration across disciplines and experiences is the key to building great products
