Product Manager – Shopper Journey

Salt has partnered with the UK’s leading provider of experience days as they build out their digital and product teams. You will join a growing Product team to primarily focus on identifying, prioritising, building and measuring AB tests within the Product team and with business stakeholders, in order to optimise both the Shopper and Booker user journeys.

Reporting to the Head of Product you will be responsible for the roadmap for a specific phase of the customer journey – including the end to end Product Lifecycle from inception to delivery and ongoing measurement and optimisation. The role sits within the Product team, a new team created to help drive the business forward strategically. This role will be focused on 3rd party integrations across our varied range of sectors to help build out the gift beneficiary booking experience.

You will have a deep understanding of customer needs, have proven commercial experience within an eCommerce business. You will be able to demonstrate exposure to and experience in leading key initiatives and be comfortable with 3rd party integrations.
