This is one of my favourite clients. Such an exciting multi-faceted business. A brilliantly dynamic and talented team. Start-up / LEAN environment style. Working on some truly exciting digital products!

Responsibilities

• Manage in-life and new feature backlogs for client apps (Scrum & Kanban).
• Enforce a user-centric approach and ensure the business complies with industry standards
• Identify areas of improvement and manage functional testing pipeline with 3rd party vendor
• Manage design team & process, incl benchmark research, user testing, stakeholder sign off and handover to dev

• Make sure a Data driven approach is at the core of the solutions being provided.
• Work with Marketing & Content to utilise core service data & user testing feedback to drive the Product backlog

Skills & Experience:

• Backlog creation & management
• Using a ‘Data-driven’ and user testing approach to improve products
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Creation of User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• Getting user feedback using 3rd party tool
• Pivoting quickly to support wider business goals & KPIs
• Working with a small core team (but with extended vendor/development teams)
• Working collaboratively with 3rd Party development vendors
• Experience of Web technologies
• iOS/Apple App store (iTunes connect)
• Android/Google Play console.
