Product Owner – FX (Ebury)

Our client, a hyper-growth, Product-led, FinTech with a range of products from FX risk management through to international payments, is seeking a Product Manager to join their high-performing FX team.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the FX product and collaborating on product strategy as well as managing end-to-end delivery whilst maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder needs. This is the opportunity to work on a completely greenfield product allowing you the unique opportunity to build this product from scratch and developing it into a successful and fully-functional product.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on product strategy for FX solutions
• Manage end-to-end delivery of new initiatives and execute improvements to current features and processes
• Keep up-to-date with market, industry and regulatory trends in FX to inform product decisions
• Support in product commercialisation and proposition development
• Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives and communicate product performance to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and behaviours
• Work collaboratively with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market, industry and regulatory trends in FX

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a product role in a high-growth fintech or neobank, or a software/service company
• A minimum of 2 year’s product management experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Domain knowledge in FX, specifically hedging (forwards and options) and spot
• Strong analytical abilities and experience using Jira
• Excellent communication and project management skills
