• 3 + years experience in project management in banking projects related to securities and derivatives market.
• Experience in management distributed teams located on-site in the bank and on vendor site as well.
• Advanced English level sufficient for the PM position activities (written and spoken).
  Base knowledge of banking principles
• strong organizational and project management skills
• knowledge of Waterfall and Agile iterative methodology
• organization of team work, timelines and capacity planning, project budget management, team leadership, conflicts resolution, staffing activities, status reporting
