THE ROLE

Looking for an enthusiastic Agile Payments Project Manager, to work in one with cross functional development teams to help guide its growth, refine its processes and support the team so it can reach its full potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience as a project manager who will work with a number of 3rd party integrators and clients whilst managing an internal team of software developers both in the UK and Europe
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Work on a number of payment software products
• Good skills and knowledge of payments space, including al the connecting dots, Acquirers merchants, customers/clients, EMV
• Working with the Product Manager with respect to managing and refining the product backlog

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong knowledge of the payments space from the software to the terminals/physical products
• Strong working knowledge of BACS, CHAPS, SEPA & faster payments
• 3rd party management
• Must have Previous experience in the Banking Fintech space and Card Terminals is a great plus
• Experience in wearing different hats when needed

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £65,000 – £80,000 + Fantastic Benefits + Bonus
