Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager- 9 months- £600 per day- Health-care

Our client is an incubated start-up within a health-care business, they are all about innovation, creative and design led thinking operating in a lean agile way. They are on a mission to solve many different challenges within health-care to positively impact their customers and help save lives and for the general well-being of their customers.

They are creating new digital products and services as a senior product owner you will have full autonomy and ownership for the roll-out of this platform in to multiple territories and bringing everything together. They are looking for someone who has the ability to be pragmatic as well as creative led thinking to take this to the next level and push all the boundaries.

As a senior product owner you will help the team to optimise the ways of working and foster innovation, ensuring nimbleness of innovation in a corporate environment. You will also be required to coach and mentor other teams to bring their ideas to life and develop these by getting involved in thoughtful discussions. You will help to execute these opportunities for the benefit of the business and their customers.

The role requirements:

• Strategic management of the product. This includes defining the product strategy and roadmap, and define priority channels and technologies.
• Working closely with stakeholders, users, technical, policy and operational leads to define the vision for the product
• Develop an expert understanding of the users’ needs and carry out market research, and competitive analyses to help define user needs and product requirements.
• Ability to lead a small team in a complex multi-stakeholders environment
• Experience in design thinking projects and agile
• Following the best practices of UX and user-centred design
• Product management experience in web and mobile applications, ideally leading the product function, including technical knowledge and passion for the job.
