Senior Product Manager

Salt is working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing tech Unicorns as they step up the scaling of their Product Org having recently completed a substantial funding raise.

Their marketplace product is redefining a booming industry and they’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help solve the complex problems within the product when it comes to growing, engaging and servicing their users.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Head of Product and founders in supporting the wider team of Product Managers, putting in place the foundations to scale and promoting a Product-led approach to getting stuff done. (Their founders are big believers in Marty Cagan, you’ll be empowered to move the right metrics in an outcome-driven way.)

The Senior Product Manager will be tackling the ‘engine’ behind the current revenue side of the product, looking at building solutions from 0-1 and going through discovery with a test and learn approach. You’ll also be given a progression framework enabling you to take the steps in your career, whether this is Product Leadership or IC mastery. With the continued growth in the team, there is a path for everyone.

If you’re an experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with exposure across any of the following it would be great to hear from you:

• You’ve shipped consumer-facing web and mobile Products.
• Exposure to the intricacies of a 2-sided marketplace or eCommerce business.
• Passionate about working in a digitally native start-up.
• You have a strong sense of what makes great design.

All interviewing will be completed remotely and there will be a hybrid working model in place with a day in the office per week. During the interview process, you can expect to speak to:

• The Founders of the business
• The Product Director who this reports into.
• The wider Product team across Product, Design and Engineering.
