Fintech Senior Product Manager job in Greater London

Salt are excited to have partnered with one of the most exciting Fintech scale-ups in the UK and US as they look for a Senior Product Manager to lead on their Universal API product that provides seamless integrations for customers across banking, eCommerce and accounting data.

The business prides itself on a product-led mentality where Product teams are truly empowered to deliver outcomes through accountability and autonomy. Many businesses claim this to be the case, but the principles of Marty Cagen run through their approach to solving the right customer problems.

The Senior Product Manager will be building API first products used by some of the most well-known tech businesses globally as they look to provide solutions for their SME customers. You’ll be building integrations for product teams at companies like Paypal, Plaid and Shopify to name just a few.

You will be reporting to the Product Lead for Integrations and be embedded into a fully cross-functional squad tasked with moving usage and growth metrics and launching new, high-quality integrations at speed.

Here are a few things that would excite them in your profile:

• Demonstrable track record of delivering great, customer-centric products, preferably in a scale-up environment.
• Experience building products with an API focus.
• Able to balance developer advocacy and commercial goals.
• A passion for solving meaningful problems with technology.

As part of the interview process, you’ll speak with Product Leads, Engineering and Design counterparts and explore how the team execute on problems through a product thinking interview, whilst also learning more about their great culture and fun, community-driven office.
