Senior Product Manager

Salt have partnered with a scaling Fintech solving complex problems for the millions of self-employed and small businesses around the UK. Their consumer facing mobile app takes the strain out of managing your business, providing an all in one solution to manage transactions through their business and current accounts, making banking and accounting easier.

They’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team, working collaboratively with their Head of Product to identify new opportunities to help their customers and mentor and coach other members of the product team and set clear product objectives and success metrics for your teams.

The Senior Product Manager will be launching new experiences for business customers across mobile and web, providing seamless UX and shipping value with every iteration. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced product manager to build something with impact, in a high growth environment whilst honing your product leadership skills.

If you have experience in any of the following it could be worth exploring:

• 6+ Years Product Management experience building consumer facing mobile and web products.
• You can show examples of contributing to over arching product strategy whilst maintaining a focus on driving data driven decision making and OKR’s/KPI’s.
• Track record of delivering value to customers in a fast paced tech start-up or scale-up.
• Whilst by no means a necessity, exposure to building consumer Fintech products across mobile and web would be beneficial.

As part of the Interview process, you’ll speak with most parts of the team, run through cultural based questions with their talent team, explore ways of working with their Head of Product and go through a product thinking interview with some of the wider team. By this point, you should have a clear indication as to how the team operate, the challenges they’re facing and the impact you can have in the role.

They have a flexible working model, with the team coming in to their London office once a week to have some important face team and help shape the culture of the business as they start to scale.
