THE ROLE

Looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to work with a growing team of engineers, management team and their customers from some of the largest companies in the world to some of the more underserved companies to.

You’ll reconcile daily customer interactions with a high-level strategic overview of our roadmap and help to shape our priorities across a spectrum of product and machine learning (ml) engineering timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring energy and empathy to product direction
• Proactively prioritize feature development
• Understand the customers’ needs in-depth
• Define and develop the roadmap and customer offering working with lead customers, Sales and product development to prioritise features and ensure roadmap is aligned with customer’s and local market requirements
• Be comfortable making decisions and executing under pressure
• Grasp technical details of our product, stack and technology (including ml)
• Understand, model, map out and simplify complex systems
• Apply the latest product management best practices (research, strategy and delivery frameworks, pricing)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A passion for championing the customer
• Motivated by purpose-led organisations
• You have experience in an applied AI company
• You have delivered product to enterprise and/or mid-tier companies
• You have worked in a start-up environment before and/or are entrepreneurial
• You have 3+ years of Product Management experience
