Senior Product Manager, contract marketplace

Salt have partnered with a leading, privately owned, SaaS marketplace within the proptech sector. They are a fast-growing, solutions driven and well funded early stage scale-up, who are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager capable of stepping up into a Product Lead role.

Our client is already a leader in their field with an excellent reputation and currently have over 40 integration partners within the Protech space. With over 1,000,000 uses in the UK and a vision to grow that both locally and globally you will need to be someone who is self-driven and a strategic thinker who is not afraid to step outside of the box and challenge the status quo.

We are looking for someone with the capability to design and deliver a top class B2B SaaS marketplace for contractors. Knowing what the customers/users need is vital in this position.

Key experience areas include:

* At least 4-7 years experience as a Product Manager

* Building products from scratch in an agile environment

* Able to work well in a cross-functional team

* Strong problem solving skills

* Excellent communication skills on all levels

* Focused on outcomes and how these are achieved

* Experience with building roadmaps, user research, stakeholder management etc.
