We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager, to join this industry leader attracting over 10 million monthly visits!

This is a unique opportunity to join a UK industry leader with a well-established product and the opportunity to support in building their US brand / product. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their talented and growing product team to lead their growth area which is focused on traffic and search relevancy.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead the growth product, leading both the search and traffic product verticals, with a responsibility across search relevancy, machine learning, SEO, SEM, emails and social
• Optimise the search relevancy experience by creating and prioritizing the strategy and execution of roadmap and search improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Marketing, data and other product team members across verticals to ensure that the search experiences are consistent
• Design and manage experiments to drive top of the funnel growth
• Drive product ideation, planning and design to improve acquisition, creating actionable user stores and working closely with Engineering to successful feature launches
• Define and lead your OKRs within your verticals to unlock growth across all channels and platforms
• Take a data driven approach, utilising insights, competitor analysis and user research to inform your vision and roadmap
• Pitch ideas to stakeholders, managing expectations and establish shared vision across the company

Requirements

• 5 + years experience as a Product Manager (ideally focused on relevancy, search and/or growth in a high-volume industry)
• An understanding of Machine Learning principles would be a huge bonus
• Worked or is familiar with Search technologies for example Elasticsearch and Solr would be a bonus
• Experience of SENIO and Email platforms would be an advantage

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate’s will receive a salary between £70,000 – £90,000
