We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join this huge organisation (one of the most visited websites in the UK after Amazon). This organisation has been around for some time and since Covid has fast tracked their digital transformation! Now they need a Senior Product Manager with Mobile experience to take them to the next level.

What you will do:

You will serve as the the day to day technology leader for this organisations ‘Buyer App’.

Collaborating closely with their commercial and operations teams you will lead the product development team to execute against their strategy and deliver the right commercial outcomes and customer benefits.

As a Sr. Product Owner you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to working directly with their product design team and engineers to implement new features & iterate upon feedback. You will use your start-up mind-set and your full range of product development skills to produce elegantly simple features that align to both business & product outcomes. You’ll be expected to push the boundaries of what’s possible in a mobile app, while sharing in their healthy obsession for product, quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Determine opportunities to drive innovation into the current product portfolio and add product features that add value to customers.
• Be the voice of the customer; ensuring that new products and commercially led programmes have the customer at the heart of them.
• Define product vision, goals and roadmaps.
• Passionately push forward the momentum of the product to innovate and expand the capability of the solution.
• Drive the best user experience through their digital platforms, to ensure an efficient and frictionless experience.
• Work closely with team and Technical lead to quarterly planning and coordinate across dependent products working to agreed outcomes/OKR’s
• Guide the team to optimise for outcome hypotheses, for experiments, for feedback, for speed and for learning.
• Work with various areas of the business to coordinate product deliverables that must come together to work as an integrated release package.
• Roll up your sleeves overseeing the development stages including planning, refinement and reviews. This includes evaluating product instances at each iteration.
• Encourage a Build Measure Learn mind-set, creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate’s will receive a salary between £60,000 – £76,000 + Bonus & amazing benefits
