Tech Product Owner – London – Remote

In this Product Manager role, the successful candidate will work with our internal senior stakeholders across the our Engineering Capability to drive the vision, strategy, business case, roadmap, and prioritization for engineering products and initiatives. You will collaborate with our engineering, product and delivery stakeholders undertaking internal transformation engagements to understand their needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles.
Your Impact:
- Partner with engineering leads to frame our internal transformation goals and value pools from which we can shape products
- Facilitate ideation workshops and solution definition workshopsto bring together cross functional representatives and drive them to a common outcome
- Establish objective goals for the products and initiatives with success criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes
- Masterfully apply Lean Agile practices and frameworks
- Represent industry best practice and trends, ensuring our products and initiatives are market leading
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with our internal teams to develop influence without authority
- Work with our internal cross functional teams to deliver the product, assemble the right internal team, measure outcomes, and provide visibility on progress to senior stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated the ability to drive organisational change and inspire others to change behaviours
- Deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles that maximize the flow of value, feedback and improvement
- A solid understanding of the modern software delivery lifecycle and modern engineering principles with strong skills in influencing organisations to adopt continuous learning and innovation
- Demonstrated success creating the vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions and services for multiple digital products. From ideation to launch you will have been relentless about quality, value and efficiency working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver customer-focused products and services. Of particular note is the ability to be an excellent workshop facilitator.
- Ability to manage operational elements of product delivery including reporting, staffing teams, tracking and budget management. It is important that you have the ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success and understand how to leverage data to make decisions
- Proven ability to prioritise multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders, in particular a proven track record of working with senior client stakeholder and diverse teams as a servant leader
