Product Manager – Digital Banking

Are you an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about Digital Banking? One of the largest and most reputable international household names in banking are looking to bring on a a Product Manager to help transform their Digital Banking proposition across the bank, to be based in their London office.

Product Manager – Digital Banking Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver new propositions and improvements to meet the customers needs and support business strategy
• Support UI design activity and scrum teams
• Manage UAT and make sure to support developers
• Produce user stories
• Document business requirements (functional and non-functional) and conduct required analysis to support these requirements
• Develop a strong understanding of external environment and identify insights, from emerging trends and industry change
• Drive functional changes across eChannels and support the development of an omni-channel digital banking strategy.

Product Manager – Digital Banking Requirements:

• Product Management experience in Financial Services / FinTech or similar industry
• Demonstrable experience working with Digital Banking products is highly preferred (eg internet banking, Faster payments, mobile apps, Blockchain etc)
• An understanding of the needs of Corporate and Commercial customers
• Technical mind-set, paired with strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills and the confidence in your experience to champion your ideas
• User journey design and customer testing across digital services
