As a product manager, you will work with a well-funded start-up looking to disrupt and revolutionize the health care industry, they are looking to push the boundaries bringing innovative products and services to the market that are yet to exist. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an experienced product manager to help reshape health care in the world, you will be involved in many of the key product decisions whilst working alongside other exceptional people.

Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a demonstrable history within the tech industry and passionate about creating amazing products for consumers which address real world demands in simple and usable ways. This product manager should be able to easily identify problems, swiftly solve them with the ability to articulate this clearly to developers, designers, stakeholders, consumers, etc. You can own the vision, define roadmaps, and give the necessary advice to designers and developers to get the work done.

  • You have worked as Product Manager for a tech company that included both mobile and web apps.
  • You have exceptional people and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • You have an appreciation and understanding of Behaviour Science
  • You can mock screens and flows, write specs, and create persuasive presentations to drive a vision forward.
  • You have great analytical skills and you love data.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

Owning the vision of the web product across mobile and desktop, for the websites, platforms and services, in line with the overall .com and strategic business vision.

Owning, prioritizing and facilitating the refinement of your product backlog to ensure that the agile product team are delivering the right enhancements to drive consumer and business value.

Accountable for monitoring, optimisation and enhancement of configuration, features and functionality related to the product area.

Accountable for ensuring the quality of releases on the product area, testing and validating that the requirements are met and ultimately accepting the work of the team before going live.

Utilizing data sources and feedback loops such as A/B Testing and consumer testing to ensure the right enhancements are worked on by the team.

Playing a key part in continually improving the ways of working with the product team and wider .com team at an early stage in the teams agile transformation.
