Specialist Skills & Requirements

  • Backlog management
  • User story elaboration
  • Story/Impact mapping
  • As well as conventional techniques ie data modelling, business process modelling
  • Experience of working in an agile team (think Scrum, maybe Kanban, or XP) with:
  • Collaborative working style – can work with business stakeholders, user researchers, developers, testers etc.
  • Business value focused
  • Impact mapping, for example
  • Backlog management
  • User story writing and defining acceptance criteria / tests
  • Story mapping experience would be ideal
  • Workshop facilitation skills preferred
  • Ability to present to a development team is a must, to project stakeholders, ideal
  • Can elicit non-functional requirements too

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of up to £80,000 and benefits package and Bonus
