Agile Coach

A Global leading Company is currently recruiting for 2 x Agile Coach’s/Scrum Masters. Based in their London Offices. 6 month rolling contract paying up £550 per day depending on skills and experience.

Essential skills and experience required for the Agile Coach, Agile SME, SCRUM Master, SCRUM SME, Agile Project manager

• 3 years experience as an Agile Coach
• 3 + Years’ experience in the use of Agile methodologies
• Run Sprint ceremonies including daily stand ups, planning meetings, showcases and retrospectives
• Previous experience facilitating inclusive decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, estimating, TDD, continuous integration, pairing, automated testing.
• Mentoring skills that demonstrate the Agile values and principles.

• 3 to 6 month rolling contract – £550 per day
