Agile Coach / Scrum Master

Agile Coach / Scrum Master – Germany – Contract – Long term – English speaking

My client is a global retail brand at the top of their game at the moment and they are looking to do an agile transformation for one of their teams. You will be working on a large scale transformation, creating scrum teams and coaching them through the agile process.

You will be required part time initially once the teams are building and then full time for up to 1 year on site. This is an English speaking site.

You will have experience with the following:

– Excellent experience as an agile coach or scrum master

– Background with retail clients

– Working on large scale transformations with global corporate clients

– Have worked with Indian offshore resources in the development team

– Excellent techniques to produce the highest productivity

– Agile organisation transformation experience but can focus it onto the team level

– Work with all team members and help coach them into a fully agile team
