Agile Coach

Agile coach- London/New York/Switzerland – £500-600.00 per day

Our client is looking for an agile coach to work on a global transformation programme which is an extremely high profile project, influencing over 150 product teams within the pharmaceutical sector. This is an extremely challenging role where you will help to influence new ways of working around agile, helping them to deliver faster scalable software building new capabilities for the future and help to deliver a new strategy and way of working.

The role-

• Strategy planning
• Training and coaching
• Consulting around agile ways of working
• Working with the executive team and key stakeholders
• Coaching the executive teams and product owners
• Comfortable producing training materials
• Develop agile Strategies and best working practice styles
• Implement Agile Methodologies throughout
• Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption

Skills for this role:

• Experience helping organisations at scale in their early adoption of Agile principles and practices
• Industry experience, predominantly within FTSE100 companies
• Ability to drive cultural change and transformation
• Ability to produce training material and taking people on a journey
• Experience leading and facilitating teams using Agile Methods such as Scrum, Kanban and DSDM
• Training large teams at various levels with the ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback
