The Business Analyst role sits within the new RPA Product Team and is responsible for helping create the design of scalable and robust automated solutions for the business.

The team has made significant strides over the last 18 months and has made a number of critical process improvements across the business. They are constantly assessing new automation solutions, and this role will both support new initiatives and enhance established projects. Its an exciting time to join as the business is completely bought in to the benefits here now and there is so much more untapped potential yet to be taken on not just for the client but for millions of its customers to.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the RPA Lead Engineer, Solution Architect, and RPA developers as well as senior stakeholders from around the business and customers who use this companies services daily
• You will be responsible for identifying processes from across the business that would benefit from the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and in turn, produce process definition documents and business cases for sign off
• Play a lead role in proposing process optimisation through redesigning existing processes and working closely with developers to build new workflows
• Ensure operational readiness with each business area, leading the change management process
• Report on the effectiveness of automation solutions after they are implemented, working to resolve any issues encountered by users

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced Business Analyst with RPA experience or the desire to learn this area
• Adept at gathering large amounts of information quickly, and documenting processes clearly and efficiently
• Ideally, you will have experience working with Lean methodology and experience on projects involving RPA tools such as UiPath.
• Familiar with different types of databases and other data-accessing interfaces such as SQL, REST APIs, Excel etc
