The Project Manager – Software deployment will work closely with the Senior Delivery Manager to ensure timely services delivery, team resource coordination, and participate in the day-to-day operations of the department

This is an enterprise grade solution deployed for major global brands around the world. This role will focus on medium to large-scale rollout of your companies software solution and coordinating the project planning, delivery, execution and support for this project. You will be expected to play a customer facing role throughout the entire deployment.

Responsibilities

● Coordinate resources and dependencies needed to deliver customer campaigns and deliverables

● Create and maintain all data needed for web-based digital signage

● Track and manage incoming assets from their ad agencies and clients to ensure the team can hit deadlines

● Determine appropriate solution architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients

● QA and test content functionality for web-based digital signage using various testing tools (Postman, …)

● Ensure the delivery of pixel perfect content and designs on time based on the brief provided by the client

● Track and recap UAT feedback to the team to ensure updates are made prior to go-live

● Migrate, schedule, and deploy content campaigns for global and national clients

● Monitor releases and provide updates to clients and stakeholders ­­­­post go-live

● Support and troubleshoot critical content issues for web-based digital signage

● Maintain, organize, and provide structure to what lives in their internal content management system (SwitchboardTM)

● Create and maintain both internal and external documentation for clients

Ideal Skills

● Must possess critical thinking, analytical, and time management skills

● Proficiency with data modeling

● Front end web design experience preferred (HTML, CSS, SCSS, Javascript)

● Working efficiency in design applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, etc.)

● Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred

● French and English Speaking

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary between €28,000 – €30,000 and benefits + Bonus and other perks 😊
