Comment project situation

As part of the construction of the Digital Attacker Department we need someone who understands the entire Opt-In / Consent Management processes.

Understanding of the End 2 End processes and its implementation across all channels (inclusive of all front and backend processes) is particularly crucial.

Project description / tasks / job description

• Taking over all PMO activities
• Organizing, coordinating and directing the weekly voting dates
• Tracking the implementation status in the individual SCRUM teams
• Coordinating the individual work packages to ensure the E2E view in the implementation
• Comprehensive process, project and interface management

Experience:

• several years professional experience in project management
• Experience in the practice of the PMO

Necessary competences (must have):

• Experience in agile project management
• Experience with CRM campaign management tools High level of initiative, self-organization, structured approach and analytical thinking
• Outstanding communication skills, assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Safe, sympathetic behaviour, even under stress and in conflict situations
• Knowledge of the EU
• DSGVO (GDPR) and in particular the advertising consents
• SCRUM Master

Language skills:

Fluent German & English
