Responsibilities

• Work Closely with Senior Stakeholders and Product Mangers to come up with the latest ideas in Digital B2C solutions
• You will be there to strategize, plan as well as deliver one or more digital projects centrally and across the region
• Ensure complete alignment with the regional digital teams, central solution management to provide a pipeline of projects and releases to drive commercial impact and business transformation
• Support the various stakeholders in managing the digital operating budget and plan and providing governance and support around internal and external capacities, suppliers and contracts where applicable.
• Champion agile and lean best practices, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage delivery scope and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Best lead and leverage the skills of the project team members which will consist of Digital IT experts, customer experience top seniors or external agencies

Ideal experience required

• A few years experience from a management consultancy would be ideal
• Strong background in digital technologies and solutions ideally in B2C business
• Any experience in the energy sector would be a plus but not essential
• Strong Agile Project management experience familiar with agile and lean methodologies. A strong communicator with the ability to proactively manage stakeholders by partnering on decisions
• High commitment to customer centric thinking
• A passion for the latest technologies and digital trends in the market, an entrepreneurial mind-set

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate’s will receive a salary between £75,000 – £100,000 + Benefits
