THE COMPANY

We are currently for a Digital Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager ready to step up to join a major global agency, who is also a global award-winning social-first publisher. Working with some of the most exciting global brands out there!

As a programme manager you will assist the co-CEOs and their direct reports to deliver key strategic pillars of growth. This organisation has recently engaged with a strategy consultant to identify and define the 5 key pillars of growth and this new role will facilitate the delivery of these key pillars on time and within budget. You will have total autonomy over the role, reporting progress on a weekly basis to the board to ensure that all risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are easily understood in order to drive decision making and unblock obstructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the successful delivery of each pillar and implementations to time specification and budget and ensure that they are of the highest quality
• Resource plan and oversee each delivery in your programme responsible for managing all aspects of delivery including managing scope budget plan strictly against the defined path
• Ensure all projects are managed in accordance with the project delivery methodology of the organisation whilst also feeling free to implement new ways of working
• you will work closely with the internal teams from a resource planning perspective for future projects interpretations to ensure the required appropriate level of resources available for the successful delivery of the projects you will inspire and motivate all members of the programme to make a significant contribution to the business you will be responsible for holding annual reviews reports within your programme with all direct reports within your programme

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A number of years of relevant work experience in a digital environment
• Experience with proven programme delivery or senior project management ideally gained an immediate marketing or ecommerce business
• Owned and has run budgeted process is in complex organisations
• Strong commercial acumen for upselling and dispute resolution within a project or programme
• the benefits of what this can bring to marketing, apparel/fashion etc

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation that offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £50,000 – £70,000 + Benefits + Quarterly Bonus
