Digital Project Management Office (PMO)

This will give you a chance to work with a prestigious global, let’s say broadcasting company without giving to much away. This organisation has worked on countless famous movies which without a doubt everybody will know of. They truly are the best in the industry with over 5,000 staff and another 10,000 staff from their parent company they are now looking for a Digital PMO to join their executive team learning from some of the most talented and influential people in the business.

The role

As a digital PMO you will be working with the executive team during a time of major growth and change. You will be working to create a new standard in the way that the teams work. You will organise the workstreams, and define how they share information collaboratively across the company in order to influence and support their decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Work and collaborate with teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
• Create dashboard, which outlines both activities and work streams currently underway and those on the backlog, with their priority according to the overall business objectives.
• Prioritise tasks, set deadlines and assign staff to various deliverables
• Make sure information readily accessible and senior leaders are able to quickly see where attention and resources are currently being placed and adjust their workflows accordingly
• Identify processes and activities to improve
• Implement, document and communicate new procedures to the company.
• Improve new and pre-existing processes, continually reevaluate whether each work stream is meeting the objectives and engage in problem solving individual across the company

Ideal experience BUT not essential

• Natural ability to be organised and organise others is a foundational must have
• Have influencer or external leadership skills that can help bring together people and teams towards a common goal
• Be results-driven and want to impact change
• Have excellent written and verbal communication
• Have experience in change management and making it stick
• Natural understanding leaders will want to see an iterative that Ability to perform under pressure
• Experience in Power BI, Team and one not is ideal

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidates will receive a salary between £30,000 – £40,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Employee stock option
