We’re after a Digital Project Manager to join our award-winning team. You will be part of a super-talented and hyper-creative team, managing a variety of projects, from web builds, mobile apps and Digital OOH with some of the most well-known brands out there.

The role

Manage the efforts of Digital Producers and Developers, including:

• Ensuring projects run on time
• Ensuring budgets are maintained
• Identifying bottle necks and risks with any job
• Producing project cost estimates with the Creative, Technical teams and various external third parties
• Working with traffic, creative, technical and account management teams to produce details project timelines for all work
• Managing delivery of projects for all clients from start to finish, working with non-digital Project Managers where necessary

Manage agency approach to the mitigation of risk, including:

• Managing resolution of production issues related to time, budget and process
• Manage response to identified bottlenecks
• Planning for the management of a growing team
• Identification, trial and implementation of supporting systems/software
• Developing relationships with a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of 3rd party production companies/organisations

Experience in the following is required

• Statement of Work / functional specifications
• Detailed technical specifications
• Systems/software documentation
• Solid digital project management experience
• Preferably hold formal a CSM certification and/or PRINCE2
• You will have experience of communicating with a range of clients and colleagues, in particular presenting digital briefs to existing and new business clients

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary between £50,000 – £60,000 and benefits such as Flexi Time, 26 days holiday as well as bonuses and plenty of other perks 😊
