Dutch Payroll Specialist – Remote working – Breda/ Remote

Rate: 700 – 800

Duration: Initial 6 months

We are recruiting a Dutch Payroll specialist to join our global manufacturing client, managing the payroll for sites in the Netherlands.

You would be joining a small multicultural team for an initial six-month contract

The role
You would be responsible for the payroll for the Netherlands, ensuring input, reporting and output (including controls) is correct.
You would be the point of contact for employee payroll enquiries in the Netherlands, supporting supervisors to log hours and answering employee queries as well as coordinating with external payroll and pension companies.
You would be ensuring the payroll information is updated and correct with the hours, salary, pension and tax information.
You would be responsible for keeping up to date with Dutch tax and legal information, making sure changes in legislation are reflected in current practice and liaising and reporting with authorities in the Netherlands about tax and pay where relevant.

The Person: Dutch Payroll Specialist – Remote working – Breda/ Remote

You must have:

• Knowledge and experience of working with payrolls in Holland
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Dutch language and business culture
• Knowledge of payroll and tax and pensions legislation in the Netherlands
• Experience of trouble-shooting payroll problems
• Ability to keep up to date with relevant tax legislation
• Very good MS Excel skills and good analytical skills
• Knowledge of ADP GlobalView is a NICE to have requirement

This is a remote based contract however you will be required to see the client twice per month
