An established and successful media company seek a Head of Application Services to oversee IT applications supporting subscription operations across the group. You will own the application environment managing resources across data management, BI, CRM and application support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all application issues including escalations, issue management, logging and creating and maintaining documentation.
• Ensure all systems are fit for purpose managing relationships with suppliers and all third parties.
• Introduce a continuous improvement environment improving systems and processes to better serve the business
• Collaborate closely with the IT services team ensuring systems remain secure and efficient.
• Budget responsibility including raising purchase order numbers as and when required.
• Conduct reporting to senior stakeholders regarding the performance of the team and support systems

To be successful:

• You will bring previous experience managing application service teams in a complex environment with knowledge of how to support CRM systems
• Familiar with work-flow tools such as Confluence and JIRA
• Knowledge of all-round IT processes and systems
• Bring experience managing support teams with budgetary responsibility.
