Head of PMO

Our large prestigious retail client is currently looking for a Head of PMO to develop and maintain a suite of PMO services to support the successful execution of strategic road maps.

As the Head of PMO you will be required to maintain effective relationships across all teams, support delivery of key initiatives including line management and development of PMO teams, collaborate across the business to initiate, design and oversee strategic change and ensure all projects adhere to best practices and standard approaches for project management. The ability to be deliver and be hands on but also with a more of a strategic approach to future business needs.

Essential skills for Head of PMO

Experience in retail / ecommerce digital transformation projects.

Experience in managing large scale programmes/projects

Experience of Change Management methodologies and techniques (Key is examples across AGILE and PRINCE2)

Experience of leading a PMO team of 5+ PMO resources

Hands on delivery with forward thinking strategic approaches and a personality.
