Digital Performance & Insights Manager

I am currently working with a Global Industry Leader looking for a Digital Performance & Insights Manager to join a new team tasked with transformative disruption of the Finance function through the application of key Digital concepts and technologies. The main areas of this will include Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Automation, Advanced Analytics and others. The ideal candidate will have experience working across a range of transformation programmes using these technologies and be best placed to advise on their implementation and usefulness

Experience

· Demonstrated ability to be a thought leader and an agent of constructive disruption

· Strong networking skills and emotional intelligence for building and managing critical partnerships with ETS, IT, and Finance teams

· Experience with at least one of the following technologies AI (artificial intelligence), Machine Learning, Cognitive Automation, Advanced Analytics

· Prior experience working in or leading a team which can be leveraged in driving the transformation

· Good project management skills and an ability to hold others accountable for delivery

· A high-level of self-motivation, natural curiosity, and a pioneering spirit – the client is going to have to keep learning, keep re-inventing, and stay agile
