PMO/ Project Consultant

PMO/ Project Consultant | Contract | £6-650 p/day

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear project charters and business outcomes for strategic initiatives.
• Enable better alignment between various project streams through weekly status updates and other activities.
• Follow PBO operating model principles / guidelines for all activities.
• Maintain project repository in ServiceNow, enabling visibility of the project.
• Enable and support the effective execution of PMO processes across the project (including risk and mitigation, benefits management, etc).
• Support the entrepreneur with the preparation of governance forums and other stakeholder related activities.

Key experience:

• Experience in delivering projects at global scale in a matrix environment.
• Someone who can handle complexity, is very structured in the way he/she works, easy communicator, great in stakeholder management, ensures quality, delivery and budget of the project. Can work well with any project mgt tool whether it is SNOW or MS Project or another tool.

My client is a global consumer company going through a huge transformation. This role will be part of their Digital Infrastructure and Operations team. This team will play a big part of this journey by protecting, operating, improving and automating this platform.
