Process Manager | 3 month contract | Hybrid working (London/Amsterdam) | £550 per day
As Process Manager in you define the Global and Regional Studio A processes (E2E creative, team and operational processes), you evaluate, make improvements and ensure the efficiency of business operations while creating and implementing changes or improvements as needed. You are generating documentation of existing processes and improvements, are forecasting expected results of process changes, are analyzing implemented changes and are making further adjustments to E2E creative, team, operational processes and other processes as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document and Evaluate Processes:
Evaluate existing processes, discover gaps and improvement areas to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management or make needed changes to other aspects of the team business model.
Deliver full documentation for E2E creative processes, operational processes, as well as team processes.
Deliver step-by-step instructions on how to change processes in a way that all those involved in the process can understand, follow and implement.
Ensure that all Global Studio A team members are familiar with relevant procedural changes and oversee the training of staff and creation of documents addressing new procedures and policies.
2. Change Management:
Oversee the implementation of the process improvement process by working with managers, team members and freelancers to ensure that the plan is clear and can be applied quickly and efficiently.
Deliver yourself and participate in training team members and stakeholders to successfully integrate the process changes in their workstreams.
3. Conduct Ongoing Analysis:
Continue to monitor and assess E2E creative, team and operational processes to ensure desired outcomes.
Become the point of escalation for process issues, ensure quick intake and timely resolution.
Make changes to steps in each process as needed to adjust improvements to reflect better results in production, cost reduction and team targeted outcomes.
Requirements:
Very good communication skills & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Good knowledge of process optimization methodologies (LEAN, 6Sigma, etc…) required
Strong Problem-Solving Skills, solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
Strong Decision Making, Action Planning, and Prioritization Skills; Distinctive strategic mindset and ability to prioritize and delegate high numbers of tasks with varying workload and importance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
Strong Organisation Skills
Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
Project management and project monitoring experience
Fluent English both verbally and written
Starting latest October 1st (but preferably earlier) until end of year, with at least 6 months extension afterwards if all works well.
