Project Manager – EA Transformation (people and process-related transformation project) – Banking – Brussels

Rate: €600 – €700 per day

Duration: 6 months + extension

***** This role is remotely based until the end of 2021, you will be required to be onsite in the 2022*****

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader profile to support our Enterprise Architecture Transformation project.

The objective of this project is to embed the Enterprise Architecture Target Operating Model into the IT delivery organisation.

This includes implementing people and process-related changes within the different divisions of IT, communicating on these changes, and making sure the changes are adequately adopted.

The role of the Project Leader is to plan, drive, coordinate, follow up, report upon the project activities, in compliance with the project methodology, reaching out to stakeholders within all the IT divisions as well as external consultancy.

The Project Leader will be supported by Enterprise Architecture Management and by an identified Change Manager.

Experience Qualifications

• Experience in project management – Prince 2
• Experience in people and process-related transformation projects
• Familiarity with the role of Enterprise Architecture is a plus
• Structured, organised
• Good communication skills, concise
• Team player
