Project Manager – Filtering and Payments Screening

The company is a corporate venture operating in the regulatory technology space. Its vision is to materially improve effectiveness and efficiency of non-financial crime compliance for cross-border and domestic payments and reduce the overall level of friction in the global payment system. The company is developing a set of API-based services that financial institutions will connect to allowing them to decommission their in-house legacy systems.

The organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Consultant, in this role, you will support the company’s management team to drive, steer and track overall progress. You will act as point of liaison between the different stakeholders involved and the management team. In addition, you will support on day-to-day activities and as well as getting involved in ad-hoc requests from the management team.

Key responsibilities in this role will include (but not be limited to):

• Drive, steer and track the program’s overall progress incl. the preparation of reporting’s to the management team and other stakeholders involved
• Prepare and conduct internal as well as external meetings incl. agenda setting and alignment, preparation of management-ready presentation material as well as taking minutes
• Enable and support decision-making processes by navigating through the internal organization as well as the preparation of relevant presentation material (e.g. business case)
• Perform ad-hoc analysis requested by the management team
• The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working as a Project Manager and/or Consultant in a fast pace environment with the urgency to deliver progress by maintaining quality.

A flexible approach is essential in order to manage both day-to-day work and ad-hoc requests, delivering high standards of work at all times whilst managing sometimes tight deadlines.

Qualifications and work experience requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) or foreign equivalent. A Master’s degree and/or other higher-level qualification in related specialty area would be advantageous.
• Proven track record as Project Manager and/ or consultant.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
