Our client requires a talented Project Manager to join their lending division alongside a vibrant and fast-paced innovative team with the choice of offices between London or Bristol that allows a flexible hybrid/remote approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Lead and define the production of a project initiation document and make sure that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to our strategic goals
• Analyse the appropriate statements and prepare estimates for approval
• Support the creation of a financial business case
• Track and report project costs and make sure that the project is completed in allotted budgets
• Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework

Ideal Requirements

• Solid experience of delivering project management in lending and/or Wealth business
• The ability to understand complex, business-wide challenges and then lead the development of solutions that address these challenges
• Experience in understanding high level system architecture concepts
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage, challenge and work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels
• Strong organisational skills and astute attention to detail. Knowledge of flexible working environments and strategies
• Experience working in a regulated environment

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £50,000 – £65,000+ Fantastic Benefits + Bonus and a solid career progression laid out.
