Senior Digital Project Manager, Major SAAS platform

My client is an award-winning unique organisation that offer advanced digital platforms to a number of major enterprise clients.
Their products are an advanced and unique combination of Data Integration (Master Data Management platforms), Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
You will be in charge of a portfolio of projects composed of internal projects of Product Development and external Client-facing contract-based projects.
You will ideally be tech-curious at the very least and have already managed projects related to Software and/or Product Development. Ideally, you have a background in Engineering or Software Engineering.

Specialist Skills & Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of project delivery, from start to finish
• Ensuring the correct resourcing profile, risk management and reporting framework is setup, maintained and handed over throughout an implementation
• The continuous improvement and implementation of Project Management processes within the company
• The primary client facing channel throughout implementation also be the lead and delivery of internal Product Development projects
• Ultimately be responsible for the client relationship and project performance (scope, timeline, budget) of each project assigned during implementation
• Ensure that the company is provided with appropriate reporting tools, processes and mechanisms across all projects you are in charge of. You are responsible for full and accurate reporting across your portfolio, both internally and externally (with Clients). This includes but is not limited to:

• Detailed project timelines
• Detailed budget breakdown and project cash-flow
• Delivery KPIs
• Risks & Issues

Nice to have

• Agile, adapted to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Understanding of the interdependencies between technology, creative, operations and business needs
• Ability to work in a typically fast-paced scaleup environment.
• Leader with track record of team leadership
• 3+ years in active project management role, with demonstrable outcome and achievements.
• Proven track record as a client facing Project Manager delivering SaaS solutions
