A UK leading Company is currently recruiting for 3 SC Cleared Agile Coach’s/Scrum Masters. Based in their London Offices. 1 to 2 year contract paying up £1100 per day depending on skills and experience.
Essential skills and experience required for the SC or DV Cleared Agile Coach, Agile SME, SCRUM Master, SCRUM SME, SC Cleared, Developed Vetting
- SC or DV Cleared
- 3 years experience in the use of Agile methodologies
- Run Sprint ceremonies including daily stand ups, planning meetings, showcases and retrospectives
- Previous experience facilitating inclusive decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, estimating, TDD, continuous integration, pairing, automated testing.
- Mentoring skills that demonstrate the Agile values and principles. (3%)
