Scrum Master

A Global leading Company is currently recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have AWS/ Cloud implementation experience and worked within the Financial Sector. Based in London. 3 to 6 month rolling contract paying up £600 per day depending on skills and experience.

Essential skills and experience required for the SCRUM Master, SCRUM Champion, SCRUM SME, Scrum Coach, Scrum Project Manager

• Strong team and mentoring skills needed
• Exposure to emerging technologies in Cloud and Mobile space is desirable
• Influence and champion new ideas and methods
• Experience in build and configuration management
• Great communication – convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely face-to-face or virtually to all levels up and down stream
• And equally important – you listen and reflect back what others communicate to you
• Be flexible under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to communicate with non-technical people
