We’re looking for a bright and talented technical Scrum Master who’s passionate about IoT, connected devices.
This organisation is creating intelligent solutions that are truly disrupting and revolutionising the industry. They have recently launched a fantastic IoT product which is taking the market by storm alongside a number of innovate products set to be released this year.
This is a fast-growing organisation with some serious financial backing, a company that has already been voted one of the best companies to work for in the UK and which are currently using Salt to hire over 13 positions in the next 2 months
Desired Skills and Experience

• Take E2E ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of Internet of Things (IoT) projects.
• Take the role of agile Scrum Master and facilitate discussions and conflict resolution, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects.
• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices; ensure consistent best practices are applied across the work streams.
• Manage stakeholders and vendor interfaces as required for technical delivery and report on project progress & activities.

Ideal background and qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner
• Understanding of the complexity in IOT, bugs and problems could be from cloud, hardware, firmware, software, cloud or security as changes can take a while in firmware or cloud with penetration testing.
• An understanding in IoT or something relevant, Smart Boxes, connected devise etc
• Technical background ideally with knowledge around PHP or MySQL (not essential but certainly helpful)
