Salt is currently working with a Global Industry leading client looking for a bright and talented Digital Project Manager. You will be working within their Creative Practice and will need a desire to work in creating amazing digital experiences that inspire diverse audiences.
This is a global leading organisation that employs thousands of people from over 15 different countries, they help nations, governments and businesses from around the globe. Creating cutting technologies and helping with anything from Digital transformation to Cyber defence and Big Data.
Desired Skills and Experience

• Take the role of agile Project Manager and facilitate discussions and conflict resolution, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact on the delivery of projects.
• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
• Work collaboratively with strategy, UX consultants, visual design and technical development teams and manage UX and design work streams (including estimating resources, time and materials to define and complete their work).
• Ensure documented requirements have been analysed, validated and are aligned to business strategy as well as communicated to all stakeholders internally and externally
• Serve as a partner and subject matter expert to clients.
• Carry out detailed Project planning of tasks, activities and timings.
• Manage deliverables such as Conceptual User Interfaces CUI’s, sitemaps, wire-frames, usability reports & recommendations, and any other Creative output

Ideal background and qualifications

• Experience working in the Creative Digital space
• Experience working with creatives, developers, and UX specialists
• Good grasp of the User Centred Design (UCD)
• Experience working in towards Agile Digital delivery methods
