My client is an award-winning organisation that is at the bleeding edge of digital engagement, currently developing one the worlds most advanced personalisation engine.
This technology will soon become an interaction hub which will facilitate unique personalised and proactive exchanges between individual and organisations across a myriad of digital platforms including but not limited to input/output devices.
This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing deep tech scaleup.
You will report directly to the founders driving projects from inception through to implementation working across multiple projects. You will be helping with their ambitious growth plans through hiring under your own project team.

Specialist Skills & Requirements

• Managing all aspects of project delivery, from start to finish
• To ensure the smooth running of the business through a solution focussed approach to project delivery in a fast-growing business.
• Leading project meetings and building relationships with senior stakeholders within client organisations.
• Implementing an agile methodology and working closely with engineers on project delivery
• To lead the project management discipline and team and to continually develop and improve the project processes and documentation to ensure they fit the evolving business needs.
• Managing multiple projects such as large complex web builds which usually involve API integrations, feeding in personalisation data and specialised content

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Digital Project Manager who has worked on numerous web builds or comes from a digital agency would be ideal
• Development of large-scale websites or apps, from initial scoping and brief through to resourcing and delivery, with a thorough understanding of web development technologies and devops.
• Expreinced working and ideally advising on Agile methodologies and best practices
• Ideally Agile certified
• Understanding of the interdependencies between technology, creative, operations and business needs
• Ability to work in a typically fast-paced scaleup environment.
