Senior PMO Analyst

We have partnered up with a financial organisation to recruit PMO Analysts to help improve their effectiveness and efficiency of non-financial crime compliance for cross-border and domestic payments.

Responsibilities

• Establishment and maintenance of key workstream artefacts including detailed workstream plan and RAID log
• Work with the wider delivery team and Delivery Partner(s) to remove impediments to productivity and/or timely deployment of features into the different test phases and Production.
• Supporting in the preparation and execution of key workstream planning activities such as programme incremental planning
• Supporting the Delivery Lead in designing and implementing a repeatable mechanism to track capability and feature delivery progress against plan.

Requirements

* Minimum 10 years’ experience in a project management office role
* Ability to analyse information and present a summary of results
* Experience of using Teams, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience of tracking key delivery milestones and reporting progress against plan
* Experience of working on a complex platform software delivery projects
* Experienced with a range of software delivery lifecycle toolsets
* Experience of working within an Agile Frameworks such as LESS and or SAFe a
