Senior Service Now Consultant – Contract

Senior Service Now Consultant | Brussels City | 12 month contract

My client are looking for an experienced Service Now Consultant., who has experienced a significant amount of implementations over the past few years.

You will need to take the lead on ITSM requirements gathering and be familiar with core ITIL processes.

Required experience:

Incident, request change, problem, configuration and asset, service catalog (service portal), knowledge management in transition mode and/or operations.

Required qualifications:

• ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or higher
• ServiceNow Fundamentals certificate (Madrid release delta updated)
• CIS ITSM certificate (Madrid release delta updated)
• Familiar with integration concepts like SOAP, rest, MID server
• Agile / Scrum hands-on is a plus
• Other product line (HR, ITOM, PPM) is a plus

**Fluent and strong English is a must

Dutch/French native is not, but a strong plus

No remote work allowed – fully onsite**
